Wheat Harvest
The old Bilblical tradition of wheat harvest. For generations, UltraOrthodox Jewish people keep the annual harvest ritual of harvesting and collecting the wheat by a sickle. The Wheat is preserved for a year and will be used for making unleavened bread (Matzot) in the next Passover. Central Israel. As part of the harvest, many families used to share the experience with theirs children
