Wheat Harvest
Tthe old Jewish Biblical traditional custom of harvesting the wheat takes place. For generations, UltraOrthodox Jewish people have kept the annual ritual of harvesting and collecting the wheat by a sickle - an ancient harvesting tool. The wheat is preserved for a year and will be used for making unleavened bread (Mattza) for the next Passover holiday.
